See StandIn answer a question about your team’s work.

Twenty minutes with the founder, on a call. You bring the questions your team waits on. You leave knowing where your team’s work waits, and whether a StandIn would end it.

One field. Then you pick a slot and it lands in both calendars.

Read-only, and only the tools each person chooses. Works with Slack, Gmail, GitHub, Jira, Notion, and 70+ others. You talk to the founder, not a sales team.

What you get in twenty minutes

A StandIn answering questions like the ones your team asks each other.

In the person’s words, with the source underneath. And what it says when the answer is not in the work: it never guesses.

A plain read on where your team’s work waits.

Overnight, behind a meeting, behind one person. Most teams have never written this down. You will have it by the end of the call.

A straight answer on fit.

If StandIn is not right for your team yet, you hear that on the call, with the reason.

Worth twenty minutes if

  • Your team is split across offices, regions, or time zones
  • Work gets handed between regions or shifts, and questions wait overnight
  • Your people lose evenings to questions that could have waited until morning
  • You have just added a team in another region, or you are about to

Not yet if

  • Everyone sits in one office on one schedule
  • You need answers in real time from a person, not from their work
  • You are looking for productivity scoring rather than answers
  • Nobody can spare ninety seconds at the end of the day

Same question. Two very different answers.

What happens after the call

No pilot required to take the call, and no slides. The walkthrough runs on your questions, not a deck. If there is a fit, the next step is a structured 30-day pilot: a fixed price for year one, all features, direct access to the founder, and a defined outcome at the end. If there is not a fit, you still leave with the read on where your team’s work waits.

Questions people ask before booking

Is this a sales call?

It is a working session. You bring the questions, the founder shows you the answers. If it fits, the pilot comes up at the end. If it does not, you hear that instead.

Do I need to prepare anything?

One or two questions your team asks each other every week. "Is the auth API ready to merge?" "Who decided on the vendor?" That is enough.

Who should be on the call?

Whoever feels the waiting most: the person who gets the 9pm question, or the one who has to answer for the whole team. If the person who signs off on tools can join, bring them. It saves a second call.

What does StandIn see?

Only the tools each person chooses, read-only. Nothing is written back. Every answer carries the person’s name and points to the work it came from. On your behalf, never as you.

What does a pilot cost?

A fixed price for year one, agreed before you start. We walk through it on the call, once we know what your team would use.
